Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to help lead critical development initiatives and work closely with agile delivery teams. These initiatives will support rapid growth by successfully delivering new products and product enhancements for our customers. The Agile Project Manager will work closely with many cross-functional delivery teams and other supporting functions to coordinate efforts through a lean/agile process.

The program manager will own the planning, reporting, and rollout of a portfolio of related projects while engaging with the teams during day-to-day agile ceremonies and quarterly planning. The candidate must have a proven track record of successfully delivering technology projects in a fast-paced company. Additionally, the candidate should have a firm understanding of lean and agile project management principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and lead teams through quarterly planning
• Develop and manage end-to-end plans and ensure delivery of objectives
• Manage cross-functional programs in a matrix organization
• Actively identify risks and inefficiencies and resolve issues
• Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks
• Define and own metrics and key performance indicators
• Communicate delivery progress to stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with a wide range of teams and functions across the organization

Required Skills

• At least 5+ years of experience working in one of the following roles: Project Management, Technical Program Management, Agile Program Management
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to prioritize needs and build a productive working environment
• Proficient in project planning, forecasting, tracking, systematic and analytical problem-solving
• Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership
• Nice to have Fintech, financial services, or regulated industry experience
• Working experience with Jira, Confluence, report and dashboard building, and scorecard qualifications
• Good to have agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe, Scrum @ Scale, etc.
• Experience in product delivery process mapping, analysis, and refinement, cost & resource allocations, portfolio and personality traits management
